ABOUT PILATES
Clinical Pilates Tailored to Your Body and Your Recovery
Pilates rehabilitation at Pilates Plus London is a personalised, one-to-one approach to movement designed to support recovery, improve function, and reduce the risk of recurring pain or injury.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may support rehabilitation following injury, surgery, chronic pain, postural issues, or osteopathic treatment.
Exercises are carefully selected and progressed at a pace appropriate to your body, ensuring safety, precision, and long-term results.
Our Pilates rehabilitation is frequently integrated with osteopathic care, allowing treatment and movement to work together for optimal recovery.

CLASSES
Small Reformer Pilates Classes
Our Reformer Pilates classes are deliberately small, with a maximum of five clients per class. This allows our instructors to maintain high levels of individual attention, ensuring correct technique, safety, and effective progression.
Reformer classes are suitable for those with Pilates experience or clients transitioning from one-to-one sessions who wish to continue building strength, control, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Classes focus on controlled movement, alignment, and functional strength rather than intensity or repetition.
