Train: The train station is 1 minute walk from the studio. Come out of station onto Station Approach and turn right. Walk until you see Pilates Plus London on the right.
Trains (South Eastern overland) from Waterloo East, Charing Cross or Cannon Street stop at London Bridge, Greenwich, Maze Hill, Westcombe Park and Charlton.
Buses: 108, 422 and 286 are 2 minutes walk from the studio . Refer to the Transport for London Map Link below. You will need Adobe Reader to download.
